We want you to love your home textiles, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unwashed and uncut fabrics. Please note that custom-made drapery and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold the fabric and place it in its original packaging to prevent wrinkling or damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the textile quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
